Terms & Conditions | Remakes & Revisions

We're thrilled to work with you and we want you to be happy. Please help us help YOU by understanding our terms & conditions:

• Your Hair System is Customized to you, and only you. Therefore it is not able to be cancelled or refunded. 
• For complimentary REMAKE Eligibility there must be a discrepancy between your order and the hair system that you receive. You must RETURN the unit to us within 30 days of delivery unused, unworn, and uncut. It cannot have ANY alterations from the day of delivery in order to be eligible. Your system will be inspected upon receipt and you may qualify for remake if manufacturer's errors are found. Remakes are only approved if REVISIONS are not able to meet the standards of your initial custom order. 
• For complimentary REVISION Eligibility there must be a discrepancy between your order and the hair system that you receive. You must RETURN the unit to us within 30 days of delivery unused, unworn, and uncut. It cannot have ANY alterations from the day of delivery in order to be eligible. Your system will be inspected upon receipt and you may qualify for remake if manufacturer's errors are found.
• If your Hair System does not meet your expectations even though it was made properly from our team, we will work with you to provide the very best pricing for revisions. For example, you may want to add more density, a lace front, or some highlighting. Not everything is possible after delivery, but we will always be here to do our best on your behalf.
• IMPORTANT: No complimentary remakes or revisions will be honored if the hair system is altered in any way. It must not be cut, colored, worn, or used.
• TIME LIMITATIONS: You must return the unused, uncut, uncolored, unworn hair system within 30 days from the date of delivery to qualify for any complimentary remakes or revisions. 
• PLEASE NOTE: Not all claims will be honored. Only manufacturer errors will lead to these complimentary services.
• YOU AGREE: that by checking out and processing your transaction that your final order details are approved and have been thoroughly reviewed and are understood. Please do not process your payment otherwise. Your hair system will go into production the very same day that you checkout. 
• DELIVERY TIMELINE: Your Hair System is typically finished within 4-6 weeks and then it will ship. We assume no liability for delayed orders and packages. We do insure ALL packages and in the event a package is lost we can process a claim with the shipping carrier to be reimbursed for a new unit for you. Not all claims will be approved through the shipping carriers. We assume no liability if a lost package claim is not approved by a shipping carrier.
